Simple Stories began in 2002 as a small, family-run business founded by husband and wife team Amber and Kevin Crowell. What started as MemoryWorks—a home-based business for scrapbook consultants—quickly evolved into something more: a passion for creating easy, time-saving scrapbooking solutions for memory keepers.

Inspired by the need to simplify the scrapbooking process, Amber envisioned a line of products designed to help busy crafters create beautiful, meaningful albums with ease. That idea led to the launch of the Simple Stories brand in 2011 at the CHA Winter Show in Los Angeles. The debut was a success, and the brand quickly became a leader in the paper crafting industry.

Today, Simple Stories offers innovative scrapbook supplies, creative tools, and stylish paper collections for scrapbookers, card makers, and memory keepers around the world. Backed by a dedicated team (many of whom are family), Simple Stories continues to deliver fresh designs and simple memory-keeping solutions to inspire creativity and preserve life’s most cherished moments.
