Who is CraftnCreate?
Established in 2023, CraftnCreate came to be because of a passion for paper crafts and wanting to make well-known brands available to the Australian market. We are an Australian, family-owned online craft supplies business based in Sydney, Australia.
Paper crafting and cardmaking is a growing hobby in Australia, in addition to the already very popular scrapbooking, journaling and mixed media trends. As this hobby rises in popularity, so does the demand for a greater variety of brand offerings and products.
Our aim is to offer a great variety of arts and craft supplies, tools and accessories at a competitive price point; and be a one-stop shop for all your crafting needs. As our business grows, so will our offering, and for now, feel free to browse our selection of craft stamps, dies, ink pads, cardstock and craft paper selections, hot foil stamps and plates, embossing folders, craft stencils and stamping tools and feel free to email us if there is a particular product you are after. We are more than happy to try and accommodate special orders if they fall within the ranges that we stock.

At this point in time, CraftnCreate is an online only craft supplies store.
How long will my order take to be processed?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days to ensure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. However, please note that during holiday closures, order processing times may be delayed. Orders will be processed and fulfilled in the order which they were received once we return.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and for any delays or impacts please visit auspost.com.au.
If you provided a correct email address when placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of shipping with a tracking number. You can track your order this way, or through the MyPost App. Please note we cannot issue specific delivery instructions for your AusPost delivery - any special requests need to be updated via your own AusPost app.
What payment options does CraftnCreate offer?
Currently we accept payment online with VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Afterpay.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and another email once your parcel has been dispatched. This will contain a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel with Australia Post.
Where does CraftnCreate ship to?
We ship orders Australia wide. We now also offer standard flat rate shipping to New Zealand.
What are shipping costs?
All orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping Australia wide with Australia Post.
Orders under $99 incur a flat rate of $9.99 for standard shipping Australia wide with Australia Post.
New Zealand orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$19.99.

Please feel free to get in touch with us regarding any Special Orders. Our ability to order a specific product on your behalf will depend on our available suppliers and stock availability. Special orders must be paid upfront and we will send you an invoice to complete payment. We will endeavour to provide you with an estimated date of arrival for the product/s, however we cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival. Special orders are ordered specifically for you. These items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Please ensure your selections are correct before completing your purchase.
The item I want is out of stock; how do I go about requesting it?
Please feel free to get in touch with us if there is an out-of-stock item you would like us to order for you. These will be considered a Special Order. Our ability to order a specific product on your behalf will depend on our available suppliers and stock availability. Not all items are eligible to order.
Special Orders must be paid upfront, and we will send you an invoice to complete payment.
Important Notice Regarding Special Orders and Sale Pricing
Please note the following policy regarding special orders and sale pricing:
• Special orders are charged at full price, regardless of any current promotions or sales.
• Sale prices apply only to clearance stock currently on hand.
• If an item on clearance is out of stock and needs to be reordered, it will be considered a Special Order and charged at the original full price, not the discounted clearance rate.
Re-orders and special orders are ordered specifically for you. These items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Please ensure your selections are correct before completing your purchase.
